Hercules & Love Affair haben schon immer gewusst, wie man eine Tanzfläche sprengt, aber ihr neues Live-Programm hebt die Gruppe nochmal auf ein ganz neues Level. Noch immer steht Frontmann Andy Butlers Liebe zu klassischen Disko- und House-Sounds im Mittelpunkt, doch auch seine wachsende Begeisterung für harte Technobeats und launischen 80er Synth-Pop findet sich diesmal in den Songs wieder. „Wir haben alles überarbeitet“, sagt Butler „Nicht nur unser visueller Auftritt ist neu, sondern auch akustisch haben wir jetzt eine ganz neue Dynamik.“ 2017 erscheinen Hercules & Love Affair mit neuen und verblüffenden Live-Auftritten von einer Vielzahl an Künstlern mit vielen verschiedenen Medien. Die Songs sind sowohl instrumental als auch textlich einzigartig und können einem ganzen Club einheizen und gleichzeitig zum Nachdenken anregen. Butler und seine Band sind bereit, eine lebendige Show zwischen den Extremen zu präsentieren. Nie gab es eine bessere Zeit, um Hercules & Love Affair Live zu sehen.

Hercules and Love Affair has always been skilled at setting light to dancefloors, but their latest live set takes the band to a whole new level. Band leader Andy Butler hasn’t forgotten his love for the classic sounds of disco and house, but this has now been joined by a growing enthusiasm for the hard beats of techno and the moody rhythms of 80s synthesizer pop. „We’ve made changes everywhere,“ says Butler, „Our performance visuals are brand new and we’ve given our sound a whole new dynamic.“ 2017’s Hercules and Love Affair takes to the stage with a mix of surprising new guest collaborations performing on a multitude of different media. The latest songs are unique in both their instrumentation and their lyrics, managing to rock the club while also engaging the brain. Butler and his band are eager to treat us to a show of extremes, which means there just hasn’t been a better time to catch Hercules and Love Affair live.
